By purchasing any of our products or services at The Polish Hamper Company you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prices you see on our website are the prices you pay. We offer delivery across the UK, All postage is added at checkout so there are no hidden costs.

We accept payments over the website with the use of PayPal.

We also offer payment via bank transfer and would ask anyone wishing to pay via this method to email us or call us on 07512123350. The Polish Hamper Company is not VAT registered.

Food and Drink – Expiry Dates

All of our for and drink products are regularly checked and we ensure that any item sold will be have at least 21 days before their recommended expiry.

Allergens

Some of the products within our hampers contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk and gluten. The majority of information is provided on the nutrition information label on each item however please contact us directly if you require further information.

Website

The Polish Hamper company aims to maintain the website and ensure it is kept as up to date as possible with all current products, services and information. We reserve the right to make changes to descriptions, contents, prices, delivery methods and available products at any time. 

All of our hampers are fully itemised and described fairly however, in the event of supply complications we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of equal or higher value that may or may not be listed in the contents section of the product descriptions.

All photographic props such as table cloths, glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils are not included unless otherwise itemised in the hamper description.

Complaints

In the unlikely and unfortunate event you are not happy with one of our products, gift, wedding favours of hampers then please email us at polishhampers@gmail.com and the customer service team will review your order prior to making further contact.

Cancellations & Returns

The Polish Hamper company offer customers the option of cancelling up to the day of the goods being dispatched.

Once the goods have been delivered we are pleased to provide a 3 day period in which to request a cancellation or refund. This means that we will refund the total cost of the product and the delivery charges (excluding any customs duties or fees) However you must ensure the following:-

  1. You inform us of your cancellation in writing by email to polishhampers@gmail.com within 3 working days of delivery
  2. The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened
  3. You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods and package the goods to be returned securely
  4. You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost 
  5. Refunds will be issued upon safe receipt of the item. Refunds are usually made to the card used to pay for the purchase.

Law

These terms and conditions do  not affect your Statutory Rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
